Graduation, Mother's Day, and Lilly's Party

So I walked at my graduation last week. I have a couple more classes to finish up this summer, but am pretty much finished! I am quite pleased to almost be done, below are some pictures of this crazy, fun, and long day. My family came, my cute grandparents came, and Wren's family came. They were all so sweet to come, it was really long, so it meant a lot to me that they took time to come and sit, and sit, and sit! After, we went to training table for lunch with both of our families. It's fun to get both of them together and chat. I'm happy my cute grandparents were able to come as well. They never miss a single thing for their kids and grand kids, I don't know how they do it! I can't wait till August 4th, when I am officially finished!

My amazing friend Sara put together a little get together for me the night before graduation. She is so sweet and the best friend anyone could ask for. She always makes a big deal out of things that usually only your parents would make a big deal out of. It's so nice to have such an awesome friend that can share the excitements I have in life! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH S BOB!

The CUTEST cake Sara brought... And it was DELISH
My very naughty banana, wafer pudding, about the best and most UNhealthy desert there is!
CHEEEEEESY picture, but none the less, HILARIOUS!
The beginning of a very long ceremony.....
My perfect Wren, I would never have finished school without him!
My parents, I couldn't have gone to school without them either!
I was pretty bored at this point in the day...
Our families eatin some good old healthy Training Table! Wren got mad at me that I chose Training Table because it is so unhealthy, but what can I say? After six hours of sitting, I was in dire need of some greeezy cheese fries!
We also went to Lilly's birthday party. She's our gorgeous little niece, she turned 1! The party was a blast, Allyssum, birthday girl's mom, made the cutest cupcake cake and the decorations were adorable.

Pretty little Lilly...
Skyman loved the Lilly's bubbles
Wren and I with cute little birthday girl Lilly ;)

Mother's Day was so fun this year. We had a busy day rushing from grandma's to mom's houses but we enjoyed the whole day! We love our grandmas and moms so much, you guys are the best, thanks for all you do!

Carter, Hollie, Willow and MR DELISH HIMSELF!
My hottie.....
Our cute little lover, can you even believe that perfect dimple? I could KISS it ALL day!
Wren's mom Hollie, Wren, and myself
Wren and I with his cute Grannie, she's so sweet!
My cute grandma opening the present I gave her, she's so cute! I was quite pleased that the leopard tissue paper I wrapped it in matched her shirt. Yep, I planned that......
My sissies and I at my Grandma's house on mother's day, HORRIBLE ANGLE, but what can you do?
Also, does anyone know of a good face lotion that makes it so my face doesn't peel, but also so my face doesn't look like I just stepped out of a sauna (Proof is in the puddin, look at the pics...) My face has been so shiny lately, I have never met anyone that has super dry yet super oily skin all in one. If anyone knows of a good lotion for both I would kiss the ground you walk on, cause I have looked and looked and can't find one?......

Spring Time

I haven't posted anything new in forever, but MUCH has happened! First, it was my cutest little cousin McKenna's baptism. She is perfect and I can't believe that she is already 8!? Time flies. She gave the cutest little "toast" to everyone and she is wise beyond her years. I love her.

Then one of Wren's best friends Phil and his cute wife Ally came into town and we all went bowling. After we went to Village Inn with Matt and Brittney, and Brittney slapped her pancake on Matt's face, not really but she almost did and Britt and I almost died of a heart attack laughing. So FUNNY!

It was Wren and my anniversary on the 23rd, yesterday, and he sent me flowers (SO PRETTY AND I LOVE THE VASE) and had a surprise planned but because of the weather, we had to post pone it. It was also my brothers birthday so we went with my family to Stoneground Pizza downtown and ate. It was tons of fun being with my family and eating delicious pizza. I love my Wren, he is perfect and I am so lucky to have him for my husband. He is really the best ever! AND, I just finished my last paper for school yesterday and only have two more tests to study for and I am in the HOME STRETCH and couldn't be happier! I hope that everyone has been having a good spring!

Life..........

So I haven't updated in forever. We haven't been up to too much lately. The biggest news is my little brother got his mission call to go to...... Barcelona, Spain! Can you believe that? We are all so excited! He leaves August 18, so he still has a little bit. But the grand news is he will fit in perfectly! He looks just like a Spaniard, my mom calls him her fudgecicle. She's worried he will melt into a chocolate puddle in Spain. We are so excited and want to pick him up in two years. I will get to Spain one day and here is my chance! But he will do great and I am so happy for him! That same night, my little sister Rache had a dance thing down in Provo, so we went down there to watch her. She did great and it was so fun, her costume was so cute too! Last week I went to dinner with my friends to celebrate Katie's engagement. It was so much fun, sometimes the only therapy I need to girl chat. Love them. Hope everyone is doing great!

My dad's one man band!

On Sunday we were all practicing a song for my grandpa's birthday when all of a sudden my dad comes walking out with the harmonica holder over his head (looks like a mouth gaurd), the rattler strapped to his leg, and playing the guitar. Who needs our instruments when he has three? The funniest was how focused he was! I can't watch this and not die of laughter! He is currently accepting tips, so on Sundays if your bored, come over and there will be a tin can set out neatly in front of him.....

Blast from the PAST!

So you'd think with this post I would have all of the time in the world, which I wish was true! But this building that one of my classes is in at the U is seriously like a blast from the past and I just had to share it. This was quite the task to take these pictures without looking like a crazy woman, especially in the bathroom (didn't want to look like a pervert either) but oh well! I don't think anything has been replaced or updated in this building since before my mom went to college there. I picture her with her long blonde hair, walking down these halls in the eighties in her gerbo jeans and BUM sweatshirt , and having everything look exactly how it looks today. Just take a look below and you'll see exactly what I mean. You'd think with the tuition they charge us poor students, they could at least update the place a bit, but I guess old things die hard. Take notice to the red doors, the old chairs, the gross old bathroom, and the anciently old vending machine, oh my gosh! It is classic!
These chairs below are very gross up close, they have weird white stuff all over them and I get freaked out having to put my stuff on em. I love that this weird room is in the bathroom, it reminds me of a dressing room, or a room at church where mom's go to nurse their babies, I don't really get it, but it put a big cramp in my style trying to take these pictures since there's always girls getting ready in here.
Look at the red doors, so funny! I bet his kind man didn't know he was getting his picture snapped!
Vending machine that is so dang old, I would be surprised if it even worked! These buttons looked like they would get jammed with the touch of a finger!
Look at these table and chairs??? It's like I'm back in Kindergarten again! Finger painting anyone?
Going to the bathroom in here is nauseating.....
Here you get a better idea of the "nursing room"
Look at this sink? The metal is all corroded away, and rusted and who knows what all those sick little black dots in the sink are? When I first saw them I thought they were blood, but they have been there for the last two months. Being nauseas and seeing this could be disastrous.
Okay my favorite thing of all, that dang tampon machine!? Can you believe how old? I want to buy one just to see if they are the huge, old, cardboard ones without the applicators??? It would top it off!
Thank you for reading, and I hope it reminds you of your childhood like it does me!
