Christmas time baby!

We had such a fabulous Christmas this year! We got to spend lots of time with both of our families. It was definitely crazy but so much fun! We started Christmas Eve night by going to dinner with my family at the Olive Garden. It was DELICIOUS people! After, we went over to Wren's parents house. His mom always does a really neat lesson and we exchange gifts with the siblings. Everyone gave such fun things. It was so much fun! When we finished up there, Wren and I came back to our apartment and opened the presents we got for each other. It was way fun spending our first Christmas together! Then on Christmas Day, we went to Wren's house and opened presents from his mom and dad. They are way too sweet and gave us FAR too much. Willow and Carter started breakfast and we rushed up to my families house to open gifts with them. It's always a comical time on Christmas morning with my family since all of us are SO not morning people. But it was fun to get presents from my brothers and sisters, they are so sweet. My parents gave us way too much as well. We always say how lucky we are to have such neat parents. After this, we went back to Wren's house to eat a fabulous breakfast and talk to Wren's brother McKinley who is on his mission in Brasil. It was so fun to talk to him and to hear Wren speak Portuguese with him. They are talented boys. Next we went to my grandparents and ate way too much, followed by seeing the movie Valkyrie with Adam and Em's family. We had such a fun Christmas this year thanks to our wonderful families! We hope everyone had tons of fun as well and we love you all very much! HAPPY NEW YEAR PEOPLE!

Merry Christmas Everyone!

Last night, Wren and I went to see the lights with one of Wren's favorite missionary companions, Jason and his wife Andrea. It was so much fun. We love talking with them and I love Andrea, she is so cute. They are living in Spain right now, and Wren and I are pretty dead set on flying out there and staying with them in March or April. They live right on the beach and have an extra bedroom for us! Andrea said they have amazing shopping. How much freakin fun would that be????? So everyone be on the lookout for cheap flights to Spain mmmkay? After looking at the lights, we went down to this really cute coffee shop and got hot chocolate and just talked. It was the perfect night. I dressed perfect for the occasion, I layered and layered and layered, normally I would have been completely unprepared and would have froze my butt off, but nope, not me, I'm a smart lady now, thanks to my smart husband, and I think that attributed to such a warm, fun night! Anyway, it really gave us that Christmas spirit and we are SO excited for tonight and tommorrow. I can't wait to give Wren his presents! ~Christmas Party~

So a couple of days ago, I had all of our friends over for a Christmas party. It was so much fun! I love them all so much. My amazing manager made Chili for our party, which was to die for, and everyone else brought lots of other yummy things. We had a fun gift exchange and I made a slideshow of pictures of us over the last three years. I love talking and laughing with all of them, my stomach hurts so bad from laughing by the end of the night! Even though most of them don't have blogspots (which is way annoying by the way) I still want to say how much I love all of you and I don't know what I would even do without you guys! Your the best!

Happy Holidays

So I haven't really put anything too interesting on here for awhile. I just keep forgetting to take pictures. We have had lot's of fun decorating out tree and christmas shopping these last couple weeks. We're so excited for christmas. School is finally over and I can't even tell you how happy we are! We have a whole month off and we keep saying we won't even know what to do when we get home from work??? But I know what we'll do....watch lots and lots of DVR! Ha ha I have been recording Oprah everyday and Wren seriously loves Oprah now, his excuse is that it helps us learn a lot about the world, but I know he secretly just likes her. It is the funniest thing, but I definitley am not complaining when he begs me to watch it, but sometimes....... I'm like, no Wren, we need to play xbox and watch Simpsons ;) Ha, KIDDING, I would never put myself through that. Okay well, anyway. I'm going to post some pictures below of my little sister Katelyn's birthday party. My family went ice skating down at the Galivan Center a couple of weeks ago and ate pizza. It was really fun even though it is was frickin freazing! My baby sister is getting so old, I cannot even believe it! it seems like just yeterday she was born. I babysat her, and my other sister and brother all the time. It's sad how time flies by. When we were little my dad would take us to do the funnest things everyday when he would get home from work. We would go to the pet stores, movies, ice skating, you name it we did it. We were Salt Lake Valley travelers we were! (When I was young, I used to think I would grow up and become a figure skater one day! Ha ha Tara if you read this, member we always used to go to that one ice skating place in Bountiful? Member my second birthday party and my huge Tutu my mom made me? Ha ha those were the days, and we told everyone we were twins!?) But I love these memories I have with my dad, I love him and my mom so much! Wow, anyway, so I'm going to post a family picture we just had taken, by my mom of course(if anyone needs family pictures or a wedding done, go to my mother, she's awesome!) Masquerade Ball!

So my little sister planned a big Masquerade Ball with her friends up at our Aunt's cabin. It was so much fun! I can't believe how many people came. She had a chocolate fountain and we ate and danced all night. It was so mcuh fun and the cabin is just amazing! I invited some of my friends up as well. Wren was being so funny, he had a little too much fun with katie's pink boa! Ha ha anyway, after the party was over about six of us slept over. We smashed in one big bed and watched what happens in vegas and Hailey tried to steal my pillow. I should have smashed my wuggle in her face, than she would have been really sorry ;) It was so much fun. Wren was the only boy, but let's face it, he knows how to have a girls night with the best of em! Anyway, it was a BALL.....literally!

So last night we had a Halloween party at Dana and Mo's house. It was so fun! They made home made chili in bread bowls, and me and Wren were in charge of making homemade rootbeer(we has no idea what we were doing), plus tons of other food and goodies. It was so much fun! We had all our fun friends there. Everyone had the funniest costumes. I do have to say I think my husband's won! Oh my gosh I seriously could not look at him without laughing. He fit perfectly into persona! We had to stop at the grocey store to get the stuff for our rootbeer and there was this guy that worked there that was obsessed with him. He thought Wren was the funniest thing yet to date. Poor soul burnt his hand on the dry ice too, I'm glad we could lighten up his day! Anyway, it was such a blast. So we ate our dinner, Wren danced while his jerry curls bounced, and we watched a VERY scary movie! Ha ha, it wasn't scary at all because of all the dang boys commentary they felt the need to make. The movie was totally retarded after they had their way with it. But it was a great Halloween! It was also Mark's birthday so Michy Poo made better than sex cake and we sang happy birthday to the wise 23 year old man. Did you give him a spanking Michelle? Happy Birthday Markus! Thanks everyone, we love you!
